Monday June 26, 2017 we move to summer hours to accomodate Special activities which take place at Colgate for a few weeks every summer. We share the pool with a summer camp, as well as open swim hours. We return to our regular hours in mid-August. Please call if you have questions.  (315) 228-7621

Deep Water Walking with Jim, 12:45 -1:30, 1:15-2:00
Deep Water Areobics, Carolyn/Sylvia/Teresa, 1:45-2:30
General Fitness with Dick, 2:00-2:45
Ai Chi, 12:00-12:30

Lap Swimming 12:30-3:00

Individuals working on their own are welcome from 12:30-3:00. Those who work on a one-on-one basis please make arrangements with your volunteer.
